I write things down so I forget less.

Many things have happened in 2010 and I think it's made me really put things into perspective. Sometimes (OK, most of the time) it seems like everything is really out of control and crazy, that people are just being annoying and irritating and negligent, and here I am putting in 100% in everything I do and people (I know I don't understand what they are going through and hence am not the right person to make a judgement on why they annoy me) somehow manage to keep making me react negatively, in anger, in frustration, through their thoughtless comments and behaviour. And then somehow it's my fault because I'm not "patient" because everyone else is just like that. Life is unfair and I know it, because somehow everyone except me seems to be able to get away with strange irrationality and I feel like a doormat (Not all the time). I'm really tired of being patient when I think the problem lies with someone else not being responsible. No amount of patience is gonna make a difference to irresponsibility and it makes me mad, although I know being mad is bad for me, sometimes I really can't help it because being patient is really tough.

I bought two pairs of lovely flats, one brown, one gray, for S$30.30. One for Christmas and one for CNY! Finally. I haven't bought for a long time and I don't mind having many many new pairs. I think this year I've only bought shoes (heels) from Charles & Keith for work but ended up never wearing them. Hence flats are a better option.


I saw a nice pair of brown BATA work pumps which I liked during lunch time and checked the price because they looked nice, and if they were priced OK, I would buy them. They were S$79.90, which is not OK priced. I mean they're BATA shoes! Buy and throw away! How come even BATA shoes are so costly now?

Time to go to JB for shopping again.
